We send your orders via two differend courier companies - NZ Post & Urgent Couriers (depending where you live).

If your order has been sent via NZ Post you will receive your tracking the day before your selected delivery date by 5 - 7pm.

If your order has been sent via Urgent Couriers you will receive your tracking the same day as your delivery date as it is a live tracking of the delivery vehicle
