Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all New Zealand addresses (provided they can receive mail via our couriers). We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
We do not ship internationally, sorry :(
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
We do allow delivery to rural addresses :) We just ask that you take into consideration extra time for delivery when ordering - while rural delivery can happen overnight, it is not uncommon for it to take an extra few days as it is not an overnight service.
North Island - $9.95 flat rate ($12.95 if your address is rural)
South Island - $12.95 flat rate ($15.95 if your address is rural)
How long does delivery take?
You will pick a delivery date when you get to the cart page - we bake your brownies and give them to the courier the day before your chosen delivery date and it is delivered on an overnight courier service.
Because we use third party delivery companies we cannot 100% guarantee delivery. We do use the most reliable courier services in the country so the overnight success rate is nearly perfect (about 98% 😃), however the couriers can occasionally they have some internal delays which may cause your parcel to take and extra 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to you.
Please understand this is out of our control as we do not deliver any parcels ourselves. If you are worried about this please order for an earlier date :)
What happens if I am not home when it's delivered?
Our couriers will attempt delivery regardless. They will often leave the parcel somewhere safe if no one is there to receive the parcel, however if you do not have a safe place for them to leave the parcel they will not be able to deliver it.
If you live somewhere where the parcel cannot be left (eg - apartment, house with locked gate), PLEASE DO NOT select a date where you will not be home to receive the parcel!! Don't be goofy!!
Will my brownie stay fresh?
All of your orders are baked fresh the day before your selected delivery date. They are packed in a brownie box, wrapped in geami paper (it's like paper bubble wrap!), and then put in a shipping box. This keeps them nice and fresh and also protects them if the courier accidentally drops them :)
The brownies shelf life is 1 week from your delivery date. Store in an airtight container at room temperature once the package is opened.
What happens if my order gets delayed?
Delivery is out of our hands, however we still endeavour to take responsibility when your parcel takes an unreasonable amount of time to get to you. If your order takes 3+ days to get to you we will get in contact with regarding a replacement :)
Will I receive tracking?
NZ Post - you will receive the tracing link via email as soon as it's been collected for delivery (generally between 2 - 4 pm the day before your chosen delivery date).
Urgent Couriers - you will receive tracking the day of your delivery via text with a link to live tracking of the delivery vehicle.
